Situations we use words in the singular form in Portuguese
Hello there and welcome to our Todo Mundo Pod 63 (in Portuguese) about situations we use words in the singular form in Portuguese
On today’s podcast, we are going to go over the situations we use words in the singular form in Portuguese. Unlike our previous podcast, in which we had a chat about words we can only use in the plural form in Portuguese, here you are not going to be “obliged” to use them. I mean, in this case, you could use both: singular or plural in the sentences. However, I think it’s worth knowing when you should use each one of them.
For instance, today you’ll learn that we use the singular form when we are referring to something related to the weight of some things, certain cereals or even abstract nouns.
See you there!
