New rules at Brazilian airports
Hey there and welcome to our Todo Mundo Pod about the new rules at Brazilian airports
On today’s podcast (in Portuguese), we are going to speak about the recently usage rules created in Brazilian airports.
Listen to our last episode about things to do in Brasilia
There are many articles on the internet talking about this issue this week. From now on, the authorities suggested that passengers arrive at the airport with an average of two hours in advance. This is because the new procedures generate many queues for boarding the aircraft.
Among the new measures adopted by the officials, there is the fact that the agents should ask you to remove personal computers and other electronic objects from your hand luggage. This will facilitate the viewing of the contents of your luggage through the x-ray.
In the second part of the episode, I talked a bit about some procedures and announcements that you usually hear at the airports in Brazil. Sometimes, because of the accent of the employees, or even because of an unexpected change at the boarding gate, you can spoil your flight. Therefore, it is better safe than sorry.
